摘要
武汉恒隆广场办公楼为一幢61层建筑高度320.7m的超限高层建筑,采用带加强层框架-核心筒结构体系。介绍了主体结构体系和塔冠结构体系、结构超限分析及应对措施、重要节点的特殊处理。根据结构抗震性能目标进行了不同地震水准结构性能分析,验证了建筑结构能够实现预期抗震性能目标。
Wuhan Hang Lung Plaza is a frame-core wall structure systems with the height of 320.7m.The building consisting of 3 stories underground and 61 stories overground.According to structural seismic conception,performance-based design was given.PKPM and ETABS were used in seismic calculation under elastic and seismic load.PERFORM-3D was used in elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake load.This paper puts on nonlinear stability analysis of tower crown steel structure,progressive collapse analysis,stress analysis of floors and comfort analysis.The results show that the structure has sufficient seismic capacity and ductility.
