摘要
第七届世界军人运动会成功举办后,对威亚结构进行了拆除,并将其旧钢材重新利用,建设为风雨篮球场、网球场及攀岩等体育设施。主要介绍了在旧材利用过程中考虑的重点因素,以及如何在设计中对旧材不利影响作等效考虑,分析了构件初始缺陷对结构承载力、变形等结果的影响作用。本工程通过对拆除、设计、建设过程的合理控制,实现了节省资源的目标,旧材的综合利用率达到70%。
After the successful holding of the 7th Military World Games,the old steel after the demolition of the WIYA structure will be reused for the construction of sports facilities such as basketball court,tennis court and rock climbing.This paper mainly introduces the key factors considered in the process of utilization of used materials,and how to make equivalent consideration to the adverse effect of used materials in design.Through the reasonable control of the demolition,design and construction process,the goal of saving resources has been achieved,and the comprehensive utilization rate of used materials has reached 70%.
