围护结构中超大尺寸构件对主体结构变形吸收的设计与探索

摘要 该项目在高层建筑单元幕墙体系下使用了跨单元超大尺寸装饰构件。为保证跨单元的超大尺寸装饰构件在正常的结构位移及所受荷载叠加情况下不破坏。该项目对围护结构上大尺寸构件受到的结构位移、风荷载和温度形变等影响进行综合分析。通过将围护结构上大尺寸装饰构件独立于围护结构功能层独立单元化设计,并为超大装饰构件合理布置不同类型滑动支座,根据理论分析确定支座位移的吸收量,从而实现围护结构上大尺寸构件对结构位移,风荷载和温度形变的吸收。确保围护结构上超大尺寸构件在正常使用极限状态和承载力极限状态下构件的完整性和安全性。在实验室的结构位移及动态风压模拟中,滑动支座有效的吸收了结构位移并保证风荷载下装饰构件的正常工作。通过项目建设的检验,该设计可以满足超大跨单元装饰构件在拟定结构位移情况下正常工作的要求并有较好的施工便利性和经济性。为类似高层建筑中超大尺寸装饰构件设计提供一种技术解决方案及参考案例。 The project uses super-sized decorative components across units under the unit curtain wall system of high-rise buildings.To ensure that the super-sized decorative components spanning units will not be damaged under normal structural displacement and superposition of loads.Comprehensively analyze the influence of structural displacement,wind load and temperature deformation on large-scale components on the envelope.Through the independent unit design of the large-size decorative components on the enclosure structure and the functional layer of the enclosure structure,and rationally arrange different types of sliding supports for the super-large decorative components,the absorption of the displacement of the supports is determined according to theoretical analysis,so as to realize the enclosure.Absorption of structural displacements,wind loads and temperature changes by structurally large members.Ensure the integrity and safety of oversized components on the enclosure structure under normal service limit state and bearing capacity limit state.In the simulation of structural displacement and dynamic wind pressure in the laboratory,the sliding support effectively absorbs the structural displacement and ensures the normal operation of the decorative components under wind load.Through the inspection of project construction,the design can meet the requirements of normal operation of super-sized decorative components across units under the proposed structural displacement and has good construction convenience and economy.Provide a technical solution and a reference case for the design of oversized decorative components in similar high-rise buildings.
