商业综合体内潜水池结构设计

摘要 上海金鼎17-02地块位于上海浦东新区金桥开发区。潜水中心位于地块的东南侧,地上4层,建筑高度29.45m。潜水中心平面右侧为一通高的潜水池,从地上四层楼面直至地下四层底板,水体总高度40.4m,地上高度20.3m,地下深度20.1m,水池总水体量12973m^(3)。将潜水中心设缝分为两个结构单体,其中包含潜水池的单体采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。潜水池巨量水体在地震作用下的动水压力取值是该结构设计中需考虑的重点。通过对比规范公式与有限元计算结果,证明水体按照不动的附加质量考虑,对整体结构的地震计算是偏安全的。潜水池静水侧压力下构件性能分析表明,各层楼板对剪力墙面外变形的约束作用明显,即使是平面上楼板不连续的楼层仍对剪力墙有一定的约束作用。水压力作用下楼板拉应力主要出现在水池四角以及南侧较窄楼板处,需要通过在水池角部楼板增加斜向配筋、水池剪力墙面内加腋等措施改善角部受力状况。 Shanghai Jinding 17-02 block is located in Jinqiao Development Zone,Pudong New Area,Shanghai.The dive center is located on the southeast side of the plot,with 4 floors above ground and a building height of 29.45m.On the right side of the diving center plane is a high diving pool,from four floors above ground to four floors below ground.The total water height is 40.4m,the above ground height is 20.3m,and the underground depth is 20.1m.The total water volume of the pool is 12973m^(3).The joint of the diving center is divided into two monomer structures,among which the monomer containing the diving pool uses cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure.The value of dynamic water pressure under seismic action is the key point to be considered in the design of this structure.By comparing the canonical formula with the finite element calculation results,it is proved that the seismic calculation of the whole structure is safe based on the consideration of the immovable additional mass of water.The performance analysis of the components under the pressure of the hydrostatic side of the diving pool shows that each floor has an obvious constraint effect on the external deformation of the shear wall,even the floors with discontinuous floors on the plane still have a certain constraint effect on the shear wall.Under the action of water pressure,the floor tensile stress mainly appears in the four corners of the pool and the narrow floor in the south side.It is necessary to improve the stress condition of the corner by adding diagonal reinforcement in the corner floor and adding axils in the shear wall of the pool.
