跨铁路枢纽区五桥同步转体施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 重庆市快速路二横线工程物流园区至礼白立交段全长14.4km,其中跨渭井、蔡东联络线主线桥上跨渭井上下线、蔡东联络线3条既有运营铁路,主线桥全长234m,上部结构包含5座T构梁,总重21500t。为最大限度减小对桥下既有铁路枢纽区运营线路造成影响,经综合比选,采用五桥同步转体施工。五桥同转施工中,采用跨铁路枢纽区多联多跨转体桥施工组织与安全控制技术、施工监控技术、同联多T构转体桥合龙体态调整及施工误差控制技术、合龙顺序及临时锁定技术、紧邻既有铁路转体桥跨中无干扰快速合龙技术,完成了该跨铁路枢纽区五桥同步转体施工。结果表明,多T构同步转体施工过程稳定,桥梁结构、线形等满足规范和设计要求。 The total length of Chongqing Expressway Erheng Line Engineering Logistics Park to Libai Interchange is 14.4km, of which the total length of the three existing main railway bridges of the K141 Liaison Line, the Weijing Upper and Lower Line and Caidong Liaison Line is 721m long, and the upper structure has a total of 5 T-beams, with a total weight of 21500t. In order to minimize the impact on the operation lines in the existing railway hub area under the bridge,it is proposed to adopt the synchronous rotation of the five bridges through comprehensive comparison. In the simultaneous construction of the five bridges, the construction organization and safety control technology of multi-linked multi-span rotary bridge in the cross-railway hub area, construction monitoring technology, co-linked multi-T-structure rotary bridge joint configuration adjustment and construction error control technology, dragon order and temporary locking technology, and interference-free and rapid connection technology in the span of the existing railway rotary bridge are adopted. It has become the synchronous transformation construction of the five bridges in the cross-railway hub area. The results show that the construction process of multi-T-construct synchronous rotation is stable, and the bridge structure and line shape meet the specifications and design requirements.
