西北干旱地区粗粒土填筑施工质量控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对我国西北地区干旱、多风等严酷气候环境条件下的机场场道工程土石方工程施工,为了提高粗粒土等性能较差的填料填筑施工质量,总结适应的质量控制方法,通过应用质量管理理论,针对现状调查出影响质量验收的“固体体积率不合格”、“平整度不合格”主要症结,分析其原因,针对要因分别制定了“采用数字化压实施工技术”、“采用运输车辆加水监控技术”、“制定集料级配控制措施”等对策,分析按照工艺流程实施后,可有效提高压实遍数控制、填料含水率控制及填料级配质量,成功提高了一次验收合格率,保证了整体填筑质量,创造了良好的经济及社会效益,为其他干旱地区等类似环境特点工程提供借鉴,对于“四型机场”建设、打造民航品质工程有一定意义。 In order to improve the construction quality of fillers with poor performance, such as coarse-grained soil, for the earthwork construction of airport road engineering under severe weather conditions such as drought and windy conditions in the northwest region of my country, the quality control methods adapted to the Theoretically, according to the current situation, the main crux of "unqualified solid volume rate" and "unqualified flatness" that affect quality acceptance were investigated, and the reasons were analyzed. Monitoring technology", "formulation of aggregate gradation control measures" and other countermeasures, after analyzing the implementation according to the process flow,can effectively improve the number of compaction passes, the control of the moisture content of the filler and the quality of the filler gradation, and successfully improve the first-time acceptance rate. It ensures the overall reclamation quality,creates good economic and social benefits, provides a reference for other projects with similar environmental characteristics such as arid areas, and has certain significance for the construction of "four-type airports" and the construction of civil aviation quality projects.
