摘要 我国在建筑领域能耗巨大,发展低耗能的绿色建筑是实现节能减排的重要途径,为解决当下人工喷涂作业的主要方式,研制一款能够实现自动喷涂的智能机器人智能建造方法显得尤为重要。对当前的喷涂施工工艺进行了探讨;针对性的提出了气膜喷筑技术创新设计方案,提出了基于气膜喷筑机器人进行喷筑的技术和以聚氨酯为主的喷涂材料;结合气膜内表面喷筑技术进行了试验研究,提出了喷筑的主要准备工作和过程研究内容:对单线条和双线条两种喷筑纹理形态进行了研究,提炼了在三种不同膜材上喷筑聚氨酯喷涂材料的整体效果,通过喷筑聚氨酯,使气膜形成刚性受力结构,探讨了气膜喷筑结构未来应用领域,在建筑低能耗背景下帮助实现大规模产品和建筑物定制化的可能性。 It is an important way to realize energy saving and emission reduction to develop green buildings with low energy consumption in the field of building in our country, it is very important to develop an intelligent building method of intelligent robot which can realize automatic spraying. In this paper, the current spraying technology is discussed, the innovative design scheme of air-film spraying technology is put forward, the spraying technology based on air-film spraying robot and the spraying material based on polyurethane are put forward The main preparation work and process research contents are put forward: the spray texture morphology of single-line and double-line is studied, and the spray texture morphology of single-line and double-line is studied, the whole effect of spraying polyurethane on three different kinds of film materials is refined. By spraying polyurethane, the rigid and forced structure of the gas film is formed, the future application fields of gas film spraying structure are discussed, it is the possibility of helping to achieve mass production and building customization in the context of low energy consumption in buildings.
