钢筋笼新型整体一次性吊装方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以长沙机场改扩建工程综合交通枢纽工程磁浮T3站为背景,提出了一种钢筋笼新型整体一次性吊装方法。经过吊装方案设计验算后,在ABAQUS有限元分析软件下结合实际工程构建了桩基钢筋笼三维有限元模型,研究新型吊装方法与传统吊装方法在不同工况下挠度曲线变化,结果表明在新型吊装方法下钢筋笼的最大挠度比传统吊装方法小74.81%,钢筋笼整体性有较大的提升。在现场吊装时在吊点之间的下部纵筋贴上全站仪反光片,采用GM-101拓普康全站仪进行实时监测钢筋笼变形,获得实际吊装监测数据。再结合实际数值模拟数据比较分析,对比结果表明虽然现场试验值大于数值模拟结果,但整体变化趋势比较符合,验证了模型构建的正确性,可以为实际工程施工提供参考和指导。目前该吊装方法已广泛应用于项目现场吊装作业,显著提高了施工效率和安全性。 Taking the maglev T3 station of comprehensive transportation hub project of Changsha Airport reconstruction and expansion project as the background, a new integral one-time hoisting method of reinforcement cage is proposed.After the design and calculation of the hoisting scheme, the three-dimensional finite element model of the reinforcement cage of the pile foundation is built under the ABAQUS finite element analysis software in combination with the actual project, and the deflection curve changes of the new hoisting method and the traditional hoisting method under different working conditions are studied. The results show that the maximum deflection of the reinforcement cage under the new hoisting method is 74.81% smaller than that of the traditional hoisting method, and the integrity of the reinforcement cage is greatly improved. During on-site hoisting, a total station reflector is attached to the lower longitudinal reinforcement between the hoisting points, and GM-101 Topcon total station is used to monitor the deformation of the reinforcement cage in real time to obtain the actual hoisting monitoring data. Combined with the comparison and analysis of actual numerical simulation data, the coMParison results show that although the field test values are greater than the numerical simulation results, the overall change trend is more consistent, which verifies the correctness of the model construction, and can provide reference and guidance for the actual project construction. At present, the lifting method has been widely used in the project site lifting operation, significantly improving the construction efficiency and safety.
