摘要 针对装配式建筑外立面施工和防护,提出了一种新型附着式爬升防护平台应用,以实际工程为例,对该新型爬架的工作原理、施工工艺以及操作要点作出了相关介绍。分析了该爬升防护平台工艺相比传统附着式脚手架工艺的优劣势和经济效益。对比传统外爬架,在较高装配率水平下(56.2%),使用该爬升式平台工艺能提高施工效率,大幅度缩短装配式建筑的施工周期;但其综合费用高于传统附着式脚手架。附着式爬升防护平台能够适用于装配式主体结构各个方位和部位的外立面施工,安装快捷简便,具有较好的灵活施工特性,且单个爬升防护平台可分别独立工作,也便于建筑不同方位外立面施工工序穿插,性价比较好,具有良好的社会推广价值。 A new type of attached climbing platform was proposed aiming at the construction and protection of the facade of assembled buildings. Combined with practical engineering applications, the existing problems and confusions of the outer climbing frame were analyzed. The construction technology, composition characteristics, operation points and application scope of the new climbing frame were introduced. Compared with the traditional external climbing frame,this climbing platform could shorten greatly the construction period and improve the construction efficiency. It could be applied to the facade construction of various positions and parts of the building. It had high reutilization rate, strong cost performance, and had good social promotion value.
