超高层全逆作法施工关键技术与基坑监测 被引量:3

Key construction technology and foundation pit monitoring of top-down construction in super high-rise building

摘要 逆作法施工优势显著,但地下室逆作与上部结构同时施工的全逆作法在超高层建筑施工中鲜有介绍。以黄贝岭旧村改造项目(04—01地块)总承包工程为例,结合项目周边复杂环境,分析项目重难点,对上下结构同时施工的全逆作法的施工流程、取土方式、梁柱节点处理和差异沉降的影响分析等施工关键技术进行阐述,保证项目施工安全,同时加快工期、节省造价;针对基坑围护结构和紧邻居民楼、道路等周边环境进行监测,各数据均在设计预警及控制值内,变化较为稳定,无异常突变情况,建设过程安全稳定;且不同类别的监测数据之间变化规律相呼应,与施工工况相吻合。上下同时施工的全逆作法施工整体安全可靠,效益明显。 The advantages of top-down construction method are obvious, but the full top-down construction method, that is, the simultaneous construction of basement and superstructure, is rarely introduced in the construction of super high-rise buildings. Taking Huangbeiling old village reconstruction project(plot 04-01) as an example, after analyzing the key points and difficulties, the construction process, soil borrowing method, beam column joint treatment, differential settlement impact analysis and other key construction technologies of the full top-down method are studied to ensure the safety and efficiency of the construction. The retaining structure of foundation pit, adjacent residential buildings and surrounding roads are monitored, the data did not exceed the design warning values or control values, and the construction process was safe and stable. The top-down construction method is safe and reliable with obvious benefits.
