摘要
针对庐山西海景区大跨度场馆空腹网格钢结构吊装施工技术难题,选取最不利工况下大跨度空腹网格梁作为研究对象,开展了新型大跨度空腹网格钢结构的有限元0模拟,进行了较深入的施工模拟及参数化分析,考虑了不同吊点数量、不同吊点位置对大跨度空腹网格结构单元的内力及变形影响,提出了最佳优化的吊点布置方案,并总结形成了相关吊装模拟建议,可为类似工程的吊装施工模拟验算及方案参数优化提供理论参考。
Aimed at the technical problems of hollow grid steel structure lifting construction of long-span venues in Lushan West Sea view. Area, the long-span hollow grid beam under the most unfavorable working conditions was selected as the research object, and the finite element simulation of the new large-span hollow grid steel structure was carried out. Meanwhile, the detailed construction simulation and parameter analysis were carried out, which considering the influence of different numbers and positions of lifting points on the internal force and deformation of the large-span hollow grid structure elements. The best optimized lifting point layout scheme was proposed, and the relevant lifting simulation suggestions were summarized. The theoretical reference for the simulation calculation of lifting construction and the optimization of scheme parameters for the similar projects were provided.
