统计过程控制在邻近地铁施工管线监测分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 地铁施工会威胁邻近管线的稳定与安全,监测分析是必须执行的措施。现阶段对监测数据的分析主要基于“双控”指标开展,其核心是监测量与“双控”指标的大小关系。这种分析方法科学合理且便于操作,但对数据的利用率偏低,且无法充分考虑数据的随机性。为了改进这些不足,引入统计过程控制(SPC)技术建立新的数据分析方法。新方法利用统计控制图(SCC)识别监测数据的变化是否稳定,利用过程能力指数(PCI)判断相对于阈值监测数据的大小是否满足要求;根据这两方面,明确需要执行的技术措施。并结合大连地铁5号线中一邻近风井开挖的管线监测项目,验证新方法的可行性与优势。结果表明:引入SPC技术,可以有效弥补传统分析方法的不足;能够通过对监测数据的合理分析,做出科学的管理与决策。 Metro construction can cause safety accidents to the adjacent pipelines, so monitoring and analysis are indispensable. The current analysis is based on the double-control indices. The core is the quantitative relationship between the monitoring and thresholds of the indices. This analysis can be executed rationally and conveniently. However,some deficiencies in data utilization and randomness analysis exist. In order to improve the deficiencies, this study proposed a novel analysis method by Statistical Process Control(SPC). The novel method identified the stability of data varies based on Statistical Control Chart(SCC) analysis and determined whether data conform to the thresholds based on Process Capacity Index(PCI) calculation. The technologies executed necessarily can be ascertained based on the SCC and the PCI. The practical case study of a pipeline adjacent to Dalian Metro Line 5 is introduced to verify the rationality of the novel method. Introducing the SPC can optimize the current analysis. The engineering measures can be decided scientifically via rational analysis for monitoring data.
