摘要
TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)模式是以公共交通为导向的发展模式,TOD城市更新设计对轨道交通设施的影响讨论,为避免更新项目建设对轨道交通产生不利影响,导致安全事故的发生,以重庆地铁6号线4B出口提质改造项目项目为例,分析工程对已运行的轨道交通设施的影响。通过对轨道结构数字分析论证施工后对轨道区间的影响,是否满足轨道正常安全运行运营分析论证;采用有限元程序MIDAS软件三维1:1建立空间模型,通过加载卸载才生的变形对轨道结构进行围岩应力分析、轨道结构位移分析、轨道结构围岩塑性应变分析、轨道结构锚杆轴力分析、轨道结构衬砌轴力、弯矩、剪力分析、裂缝分析等,分析结果表明,分析数据表明,本工程对既有轨道设施产生的次生内力很小,该工程内容对已运行的轨道结构没有影响。
TOD(Transit Oriented Development) mode is a public transport oriented development mode. The impact of TOD urban renewal design on rail transit facilities is discussed. In order to avoid the adverse impact of the renewal project construction on rail transit and the occurrence of safety accidents, the impact of the project on the existing rail transit facilities is analyzed by taking Chongqing Metro Line 6 4B export quality improvement and reconstruction project as an example. Through the digital analysis of the track structure, demonstrate the impact of the construction on the track section, and whether it meets the analysis and demonstration of the normal and safe operation of the track;The finite element program MIDAS-gts software is used to establish a three-dimensional 1:1 spatial model, and the surrounding rock stress analysis, track structure displacement analysis, track structure surrounding rock plastic strain analysis, track structure anchor axial force analysis, track structure lining axial force, bending moment, shear force analysis and crack analysis are carried out for the track structure through the deformation generated by loading and unloading. The analysis results show that, the secondary internal force generated by the project on the existing track facilities is very small, and the project content has no impact on the existing track structure.
