天空地一体化监测技术在既有建筑安全管控中的应用和展望 被引量:1

Application and prospect of integrated spaceborne, airborne and terrestrial monitoring technology in safety management and control of existing buildings

摘要 随着我国城镇化率持续提升,既有建筑存量巨大,且周边扰动因素多,使用环境复杂,近年来既有建筑安全事故多发,亟需科学有效的安全管控措施。通过对既有建筑安全现状与事故原因分析,揭示出影响既有建筑安全的关键因素。以南方某超大城市为例,介绍了在既有建筑安全管控的政策体系、综合治理与科技赋能上的探索与实践。针对建筑安全管控科技赋能,提出一种基于InSAR区域沉降筛查、无人机智能巡检与物联传感监测技术一体化的监测技术,介绍了该技术在既有建筑安全管控中的应用和成效。实践表明,采用天空地一体化监测技术,可实现对既有建筑从区域到单体安全隐患的高效管控。 As China’s urbanizaiton rate continues to increase, the existing building stock is large, the surrounding disturbance factors are many, and the use environment is complex. In recent years, existing building safety accidents have occurred frequently, and scientific and effective existing building safety management and control measures are urgently needed. Through the analysis of the existing building safety status and accident causes, the key factors affecting the existing building safety are revealed. Taking a mega city in the south as an example, the exploration and practice of the existing building safety management and control policy system, comprehensive management and technology empowerment are introduced. An integrated spaceborne, airborne and terrestrial monitoring technology based on InSAR regional subsidence screening, UAV intelligent inspection and IoT sensing monitoring technology is proposed. The application and effectiveness of this technology in existing building safety management and control is introduced.Practive has shown that the use of the integrated spaceborne, airborne and terrestrial monitoring technology can achieve efficient management and control of existing buildings from regional to individual safety hazards.
