厦门中国绿发新时代广场A塔无损检测和鉴定分析

摘要 针对厦门中国绿发新时代广场A塔进行了整体无损检测和抗震鉴定分析。该大厦为既有超300m高层建筑结构的续建项目,主体结构已封顶,但局部建筑布局和结构功能经过多次变更和改造;43m以上外围护结构已完成,但未完全封闭。为了工程续建,明确房屋的抗震性能及安全性,对结构现状及设计、施工资料进行了查验和复核;对混凝土、钢、钢骨和钢管混凝土构件及墙体进行无损检测,检查了玻璃幕墙外围护结构性能,对结构整体位形和整体刚度进行了检测和评价,对结构抗震性能及承载能力进行验算和评价。检测和鉴定分析工作掌握和评价了当前各单元结构的安全性,并为后续的建设和改造提供了依据。 The nondestructive inspection and seismic identification analysis of the existing high-rise building over 300 meters in Xiamen, i.e., Xiamen CGDG New Era Building were carried out. The building is under renewing that the main structure was completed, but modification work was lasted because of the continuously changing of local building layout and structural function;and the outer protective structure above 43m was also completed, but not completely closed. In order to continue the construction of the project, clarify the seismic performance and safety of the building in the current state, the status of the structure and the design, construction data were inspected and reviewed;non-destructive inspection was carried out on wall and beam-column members on concrete, steel, steel bone and steel tube concrete, fa?ade inspection and condition assessment was also conducted, the overall configuration and overall stiffness of the structure were tested and evaluated, and the seismic performance and bearing capacity of the structure were checked finally. The inspection and appraisal analysis work has hold and evaluated the safety of the current unit structure, and provided the basis for the subsequent construction and transformation.
