疫情下旧城改造中生活街区层面应急设施设计策略研究

在抗击疫情的过程中,老旧小区及其所属社区在防疫、管理等方面暴露出很多问题,成为疫情防控的薄弱环节。老旧小区的公共设施损坏欠修、不足缺失明显导致了居民在疫情防控期间生活品质下降,补给不及时等生活问题也更加突出,在这样的时代背景之下,老旧小区的家园改造变得更加迫切。以北京副中心0301家园为例分析,从生活街区层面,对老旧小区改造中的公共应急设施中的公共活动空间、周边配套设施、绿地景观环境等发现的一系列问题进行现状分析,提出设计策略。

In the process of fighting against the epidemic, old communities and their communities exposed many problems in epidemic prevention and management, which became the weak link of epidemic prevention and control. The damage and lack of public facilities in old communities have obviously led to the decline in the quality of life of residents during the epidemic prevention and control period, and the untimely supply and other living problems have become more prominent. In this era, the transformation of homes in old communities has become more urgent. Taking 0301 Home, a sub center of Beijing, as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of a series of problems found in the public emergency facilities in the reconstruction of old residential areas, such as public activity space, road traffic, surrounding supporting facilities, green landscape environment, etc., from the perspective of living blocks, and puts forward design strategies.
