正交异性钢桥面板疲劳裂缝的维修加固方法综述 被引量:5

摘要 正交异性钢桥面板是钢箱梁结构中的重要组成部分,尤其在大跨径桥梁中广泛应用。但国内外工程经验表明,对于大多承受重交通荷载运行的钢桥,其钢桥面板在使用数年或十几年后相继出现了疲劳破坏问题,因此解决钢桥面板疲劳开裂问题势在必行。为加深对钢桥面板疲劳开裂后疲劳裂缝的维修加固方法的认识,先对其疲劳裂缝加固的发展历程进行了阐述,再对钻孔止裂法、机械修复和热修复法、疲劳裂纹切除复焊、螺栓连接或加补强板、混凝土铺装改进、SPS结构(夹层板加固系统)、冷维护和碳纤维增强复合材料加固等几种主要修复方法进行了介绍。最后对形状记忆合金加固的新方法进行了展望,并指出了目前正交异性钢桥面板疲劳裂缝的维修加固仍存在的问题。 The Orthotropic steel bridge deck is an important part of the steel box girder structure, and it is widely used especially in long-span bridges. However, engineering experience at home and abroad shows that most steel bridges that bear heavy traffic load have fatigue failure problems in their steel bridge decks after years or decades of use. Therefore, it is imperative to resolve the fatigue cracking problems of steel bridge decks. In this paper, in order to deepen the understanding of repairing and strengthening methods for fatigue cracks of steel bridge deck, development course of repairing and strengthening methods for fatigue cracks of orthotropic steel bridge deck in China and abroad is demonstrated first. Then several main methods including stop-hole method, mechanical and thermal repair, resection and welding repair for fatigue cracks, bolted connection or reinforce plate method, concrete pavement improvement,Sandwich Plate System(SPS), cold maintenance and CFRP reinforcement are introduced. Finally, a new shape memory alloy strengthening method is prospected, and the existing problems of repairing and strengthening for fatigue cracks of orthotropic steel bridge deck are pointed out.
