摘要
以某宿舍楼投入使用后发现斜屋面构造层发生滑移事故为背景,介绍了该屋面构造层的检测鉴定情况。结合设计资料及相关图集,分析了屋面构造层产生滑移情况的原因。对已发生滑移情况的斜屋面构造层做出了加固设计方案并取得良好效果。为类似工程的鉴定及加固提供参考。
Based on the sliding accident of inclined roof structure layer found after a dormitory building was put into use.In order to analyze the cause of the sliding, the design drawings, drawing collections, construction quality, and site conditions were checked and analyzed. The results show that the reinforcement design take good effects on the inclined roof with slipping. Finally, reasonable suggestions are given to provide reference for related projects.
