摘要
“十三五”规划以来,为积极响应国家关于“推广绿色低碳建材和绿色建造方式,加快推进新型建筑工业化,大力发展装配式建筑”的政策方针,全国各地装配式建筑如雨后春笋,如火如荼地推进发展起来。不可否认,新型的建造模式提升了住宅建筑的质量和功能,优化了产业结构,大幅度提高了劳动生产率,产生了显著的社会经济效益,使几十年来传统的建筑业走上了技术效益型道路。但装配式建筑在产业转型升级上取得不俗成绩的同时,其自身存在的诸多质量短板也显而易见,其中装配式外墙渗漏水问题就一直饱受诟病,不仅影响建筑的外立面效果,而且影响结构的安全性,而BIM技术是一种有效的技术手段,将其运用于外墙渗漏水专项工程质量管理中,可标本兼治,效果颇佳。基于此,将探讨基于BIM技术的装配式建筑外墙防渗漏水相关的技术质量管理工作。
Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", in order to actively respond to the national policy on "promoting green and low-carbon building materials and green construction methods, accelerating the industrialization of new buildings,and vigorously developing prefabricated buildings", prefabricated buildings across the country have rapidly developed. It is undeniable that the new construction model has improved the quality and function of residential buildings, optimized the industrial structure, greatly improved labor productivity, produced significant social and economic benefits, and made the traditional construction industry embark on a new path for decades. However, while prefabricated buildings have achieved good results in industrial transformation and upgrading, many of their own shortcomings in quality are also obvious. Among them, the problem of water leakage in prefabricated exterior walls has been criticized, which not only affects the facade effect of buildings, and affect the safety of the structure, and BIM technology is an effective technical means. It can be used in the quality management of external wall seepage water special projects, which can treat both the symptoms and the symptoms, and the effect is quite good. Based on this, this paper will discuss the technical quality management work related to the anti-seepage water of the exterior wall of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology.
