基于BIM的平疫结合医院设计

Combined design of hospital and epidemic prevention based on BIM

“平疫结合”型医院是为了应对类似新冠肺炎疫情等突发性公共卫生事件的一种新型医院模式。能够在正常时期和疫情时期切换医院布局和工作模式以满足不同时期的医疗需求,以实现医疗设施的最大化利用。以山东省公共卫生临床中心平疫结合的建设过程为例,通过将“平疫转换”理念与BIM正向设计相结合,充分利用BIM技术进行设计优化,保证了设计质量,同时也实现了高效率的信息共享,大大提高了各参与方的协同工作效率。

The “combination of normal and epidemic” type of hospital is a new type of hospital model to respond to public health emergencies such as the new crown pneumonia epidemic. It can switch the hospital layout and working mode during normal period and epidemic period to meet the medical needs of different periods, so as to maximize the utilization of medical facilities. Taking the construction process of Shandong Provincial Public Health Clinical Center combined with epidemic prevention as an example, by combining the concept of "epidemic epidemic transformation" with BIM forward design, BIM technology is fully utilized for design optimization, which ensures the design quality and also achieves high-quality design. Efficient information sharing greatly improves the collaborative work efficiency of all participants.
