摘要
从2019年底至今的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情令世界公共卫生安全面临极大挑战,特别是后期的奥密克戎变异株在南非的快速流行趋势。据世界卫生组织发布的新冠疫情统计数据显示,截止北京时间2022年4月中旬,全球疫情累计约5亿例,累计死亡约600万例。为助力加强综合筛查检测常态化建设,介绍了抽拉式车载型应急检测实验室的主要特点;建立了抽拉式车载型应急检测实验室主要功能、实验室施工前准备、实验室场地要求、实验室布置及舱室展开、实验室配电要求和实验室负压系统的建设标准工艺;总结了关闭设备及实验室消杀、实验室拆除收纳、实验室舱体回收和实验室舱体装车的实验室回收工艺;所研产品助力2021年1月的河北石家庄突发疫情的高风险区核酸检测普筛和黑龙江绥化市望奎县核酸检测普筛工作。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic from the end of 2019 to the present has brought great challenges to the world’s public health security, especially the rapid epidemic trend of the late Omicron variant in South Africa.According to the statistics of the new crown epidemic released by the World Health Organization, as of mid-April 2022,Beijing time, the global epidemic has accumulated about 500 million cases, and the cumulative number of deaths is about 6 million. In order to help strengthen the normalization construction of comprehensive screening and testing, this paper introduces the main features of the pull-out vehicle-mounted emergency testing laboratory;establishes the main functions of the pull-out vehicle-mounted emergency testing laboratory, laboratory preparations, laboratory site Requirements,laboratory layout and cabin deployment, laboratory power distribution requirements and laboratory negative pressure system construction standard process;Summarized the laboratory recycling process of closing equipment and laboratory disinfection and sterilization, laboratory demolition and storage, laboratory cabin recycling and laboratory cabin loading;the researched products will help the general screening of nucleic acid detection in high-risk areas of Shijiazhuang, Hebei,and the general screening of nucleic acid in Wangkui County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang in January 2021.
