摘要
地下建筑的施工是当前建筑市场的难点。一般采用大开挖施工技术,这种技术需要首先进行基坑的支护,确保施工作业的顺利进行。另外一种施工方法是“逆作法”,这种方法需要先施工地下连续墙,而后再进行大开挖,进行地下结构的施工,不是真正的“逆作法”。这两种方法,均需要耗费大量财力物力和时间,经济性和施工安全性都不高。ZM.H深基坑免支护逆作法技术,采用将地下建筑结构的施工阶段和使用阶段融合一起设计,很好解决了前两种施工方法的弊端,降低了地下建筑结构的施工难度,提高了地下建筑结构的施工安全度,降低了施工费用,缩短了施工周期。
The construction of underground buildings is a difficult problem in the current construction market. In general,the large excavation construction technology is used, which needs to support the foundation pit first to ensure the smooth construction. Both of these two methods need to consume a lot of financial resources and time, and the economy and construction safety are not high. ZM.H Deep Foundation pit non-support top-down construction technology, which combines the construction phase and the use phase of the underground building structure, resolves the disadvantages of the first two construction methods, and reduces the construction difficulty of the underground building structure, the construction safety of the underground structure is improved, the construction cost is reduced and the construction period is shortened. The design and construction steps of the "ZM.H top-down construction method" are given, as well as the construction of concrete structural joints.
