拆装式门式刚架房屋加强型节点力学性能研究

摘要 新型拆装式门式刚架房屋既要满足建得快,也要满足拆得快,这对其节点构造及力学性能提出了较高的要求。为使节点获得较大刚度,通常采用现场焊接施工,但这种施工方式速度慢、效率低,且无法拆卸二次投入使用。因此,满足快速拆装的梁柱节点通常采用螺栓连接,但这种连接方式往往难以达到刚度要求。为同时满足快速拆装及节点刚度的要求,对梁梁节点及梁柱节点采用高强螺栓连接,在此基础上增加结构加强件来加大节点刚度,同时也可以增加节点的安全储备。通过试验研究,得到了节点域及加强件的截面应力–应变曲线、节点转动角度、以及试验过程中节点的拆装时间。结果表明,设计荷载下,节点域内各构件均处于弹性,紧固件无明显损伤,且重复六次承载力及刚度无明显下降,可多次拆装使用。 The new type of dismountable portal frame building should meet the requirements of both rapid construction and disassembly, which put forward higher requirements for its joint structure and mechanical properties. In order to obtain greater stiffness of the joints, on-site welding is usually used. But this method is slow, inefficient, and cannot be disassembled and put into use twice. As a result, bolts are usually used to connect beam-column joints to meet the requirements of rapid disassembly, but the connection method is often difficult to meet the requirements of stiffness. In order to reach the requirements of rapid disassembly and joint stiffness at the same time, high-strength bolts are used to connect beam-beam and beam-column joints. On this basis, the structural stiffeners are added to increase the stiffness of the joints, and the safety reserve of the joints can also be increased. Through the experimental study, the section stress-strain curves of the joints and the stiffeners, the rotation angles of the joints and the disassembly time of the joints during the test were obtained. The results show that under the design load, all components in the joint area are elastic, the fasteners have no obvious damage, and the bearing capacity and stiffness of the six repetitions have no obvious decrease,and can be disassembled and used many times.
