摘要
为提高装配式建筑施工质量和整体发展需求,从“堵”和“疏”两方面考虑,提出了一种装配式保温一体化预制外墙防水技术,优化预制构件的设计。将预制构件顶部与底部优化为斜坡,使其安装完成后形成结构自防水;优化顶层预制外墙与屋面现浇混凝土女儿墙交接位置的防水做法,避免顶层现浇构件与预制构件连接位置出现防水薄弱点;采用PE棒、耐候胶进行外墙拼缝处的防水封堵,避免外墙渗水,并在相邻预制构件拼缝处设置导流管进行引流,保证预制外墙空腔内水或水蒸气排出;通过对预制构件及防水细部节点做法进行优化,使装配式建筑外立面形成密闭结构,避免装配式建筑预制墙体与现浇墙体出现渗水情况。
In order to improve the construction quality and overall development needs of prefabricated buildings, it proposed a prefabricated exterior wall waterproofing technology integrated with prefabricated thermal insulation from the two aspects of "blocking" and "dredging" to optimize the design of prefabricated components. The top and bottom of prefabricated components are optimized as slopes to form structural self waterproofing after installation. After optimizing the waterproof method at the junction of the top floor precast exterior wall and the roof cast-in-situ concrete parapet. The weak waterproof points at the junction of the top floor cast-in-situ components and prefabricated components can be avoided. PE rod and weather resistant adhesive shall be used for waterproof sealing at the joint of external wall to avoid water seepage of external wall. A diversion pipe shall be set at the joint of adjacent prefabricated components for drainage to ensure that water or steam in the cavity of prefabricated exterior wall is discharged. Through the optimization of prefabricated components and waterproof details, the external facade of the prefabricated building will form a closed structure to avoid water seepage of prefabricated walls and cast-in-situ walls of the prefabricated building.
