装配式马镫筋参数化分析及优化设计

摘要 针对现有马镫筋存在的资源浪费,安装耗时耗力的问题,提出了一种新型装配式混凝土板马镫筋。建立了马镫筋的有限元模型,并通过参数化分析,得出了斜撑杆的倾斜角度、高度,顶部竖杆的高度对马镫筋承载力的影响规律。对施工过程中可能出现的荷载进行预估,将马镫筋应用在整体模型中,得出了马镫筋应力和位移分布,证明了所设计的马镫筋的适用性和可行性。计算结果表明:随着斜撑杆的倾斜角度、长度,顶部竖杆的高度的增加,马镫筋承载力逐渐提高,但当顶部竖向撑杆高度和斜撑直径达到一定值以后,承载力基本保持不变,最大应力出现在竖向撑杆和斜向撑杆的连接处。马镫筋的刚度满足现场施工要求。 In order to solve the problems that waste of resources, time-consuming and labor-consuming installation of existing horse stool tendons, a new type of prefabricated concrete slab horse stool reinforcement is proposed. The finite element model of horse stool reinforcement is established. The influence of angle of inclined strut and the diameter of top vertical bar and inclined brace on the bearing capacity of horse stool reinforcement is obtained by parametric analysis.The load that may appear in the construction process is predicted. The horse stool reinforcement is applied to the overall model and obtain the stress and displacement distribution of the horse stool reinforcement, which proves the applicability and feasibility of the designed horse stool reinforcement. The results show that the bearing capacity of the bar increases gradually with the increase of the angle of inclined brace and the diameter of top vertical bar and inclined brace, but the bearing capacity remains changed little when diameter of top vertical bar and inclined brace reach a certain value, the maximum stress appears at the joint of vertical strut and top vertical bar strut.
