摘要 从模块灵活搭建的角度,对模块化钢结构采用品字型搭建方式应用在高层建筑领域的可行性进行了初步的技术研究,以期实现降低结构用量和节省空间的目的。高层品字型箱式模块钢结构的研究重点解决了三个问题:模块叠放构造做法、楼板连续性构造和利用钢框架支撑提高高层模块钢结构抗侧性能。经分析,在相应的结构布置条件下,高层品字型模块化建筑结构的主要指标满足各项规范要求。与常规模块化结构对比,品字型模块化结构在实现空间集约利用的基础上,能降低结构用钢量约20%~30%。为模块灵活搭建提供了新的可能,旨在促进和推广装配式模块化建筑在工程中的应用。 In this paper, the feasibility of the structure technology of high-rise modular buildings stacked in the shape of the Chinese Pin was preliminarily researched from the aspect of the flexible construction of modules, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of structure and saving space. The research of high-rise box modular steel structures focuses on three problems: the shape of the Chinese Pin modular structural composition, the continuous construction of floor slab and the improvement of lateral resistance of high-rise modular structure by using steel frame-brace. Through analyzing, the main structural indexes of high-rise modular buildings achieve the requirements of various specifications under the corresponding structural construction. At last, compared with the general modular steel structures, the material usage of the box modular steel structures in the shape of the Chinese Pin can be reduced about 20%~30% off. Meanwhile,it can save the space of the modular buildings. The research of this paper provides a new possibility for flexible module construction, and it aims at popularizing the application of modular buildings in construction engineering.
