通用型叠合板分层模具结构设计要点研究

摘要 依托某预制构件工厂,以叠合板分层模具的通用性设计为研究对象,达到在不影响构件质量和生产效率的前提下,提高叠合板分层模具的通用性,降低叠合板模具成本的目的。传统的分层模具由于不受出筋间距限制,并能防止出筋上浮及漏浆,已广泛应用于叠合板生产,但由于传统分层模具按照固定构件尺寸设计,存在一套模具在不进行切割改造的前提下无法用于其他构件生产的通用型很低的问题。研究了一种通用型叠合板分层模具,该模具利用新型组模方式和模数化设计,通过移动模具的任意三边和模数化组合,能够组合出任意平面形状与尺寸的模具,实现了叠合板模具的完全通用。同时,对该通用型模具进行了结构设计优化,从根源上摆脱了螺母污染问题和脱模带来的缺棱掉角问题,极大提高了叠合板生产效率与质量,具有较高的推广价值。 Based on a prefabricated component factory, this paper takes the universal design of layered reiteration plat mould as the research object, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the universality of layered reiteration plat mould and reducing the cost of reiteration plat mould without affecting the quality of components and production efficiency. The traditional layered mould is not limited by the spacing of the ribs, and can prevent the ribs from floating and leaking. It has been widely used in the production of reiteration plat, but it still faces the problem that the generality of the mould is too limited, because the traditional layered mould is designed according to the size of fixed components, and a set of mould cannot be used for the production of other reiteration plats without cutting and transformation. In this paper, a universal purpose mould for layered reiteration plat is studied. This mould can be combined into any plane shape and size by moving any three sides of the mould and the combination of modulus, which completely realized the universality of the mould. At the same time, in this paper, the structure design of the universal mould was optimized, which got rid of the problem of nut pollution and the problem of missing edge off angle caused by demoulding, greatly improved the production efficiency and quality of reiteration plat, and has high popularization value.
