螺栓连接薄壁带肋中型预制混凝土墙板结构研究简述

摘要 我国低多层装配式建筑结构体系设计及施工技术成熟的类型有限,无法满足辽阔疆域内不同抗震设防烈度下的广泛的需求,介绍日本螺栓连接中型钢筋混凝土墙板结构体系,为我国低多层装配式建筑体系的研发提供参考。在查阅了大量资料的基础上,介绍了日本螺栓连接中型钢筋混凝土墙板结构体系最初发展起因、发展过程和应用现状,并简要说明主要构件和结构体系分类及建造特点。介绍了日本研究人员对带肋薄壁混凝土中型墙板结构的研究历程,归纳设计出发点、结构组成、力学试验结果、模拟分析结果、结构抗震评估方法。归纳振动台试验和震灾调查等方面的结果表明抗震效果较好,海啸作用下的抗冲击能力需要进一步研究。对现有研究进一步需要解决的问题提出个人观点。 Mature types of structural system design and construction technology for low and multi-storey prefabricated buildings in China are limited, and do not meet the fortification requirements of the various seismic intensities in such a vast country. This paper introduces the bolted medium reinforced concrete wall panel structural system employed in Japan, which provides a reference for the research and development of low and multi-storey prefabricated building systems in China. Based on a broad review of available data, this paper introduces the initial development motivation, the development process, and applications of the bolted medium reinforced concrete wall panel structural system, and briefly explains the classification and construction characteristics of its main components and structural systems. This paper also introduces structural composition, mechanical test results, simulation analysis results, and structural seismic evaluation methods of this system. The results of the shaking table test and earthquake disaster investigation show that the system’s seismic response is good, the impact resistance under tsunami forces needs to be further studied. The author presents several personal opinions on issues that need to be addressed in related existing research.
