轻质混凝土外挂墙板设计方法及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以外叶板采用轻质混凝土、内叶板采用肋梁方式介绍了外挂墙板轻质化的方法,建立有限元模型验证了墙板小震弹性的性能,利用规范给定方法验算了点支承连接节点,满足“中震弹性”、大震不屈服要求。进行拟静力试验验证了在水平静力荷载下外挂墙板变形特点及连接节点的有效性;进行振动台试验验证外挂墙板及连接节点的抗震性能以及外挂墙板与主体结构间的动力响应。通过理论分析及试验研究,对外挂墙板设计提出了建议措施。 Firstly, this paper introduces one method of lightening external wall panel: outer wythe is made of lightweight concrete and ribbed beams are added to the inner wythe. After that, finite element model was established to verify the elastic performance of facade panel under frequent earthquake. Then, the point supporting joints are verified by the method given in the specification, which meet the requirements of basic elasticity in moderate earthquake and non-yielding in large earthquake. Secondly, the quasi-static test is carried out to verify the deformation characteristics of external wall panels under horizontal static load and the effectiveness of connecting joints. Thirdly, shaking table test was carried out to verify the seismic performance of external wall panels and connecting joints, Besides, The dynamic response between lightweight concrete external wall panel and main structure is studied. Finally, through theoretical analysis and experimental research, some suggestions are put forward for the design of external wall panels.
