摘要
北京市房山区拱辰街道FS00-LX11-0007地块B4综合性商业金融服务业用地项目为一个商业综合体,地下3层,地上7层,建筑高度37.200m。建筑平面为矩形,长度116.2m,进深35.2m,地上结构不设缝,结构形式为框架结构。由于商业平面布置需求,选取设置减震装置来控制结构位移、变形和扭转等。通过模拟屈曲约束支撑与黏滞阻尼器的消能减震设备的布置在多遇地震下的弹性分析、多遇地震下的时程分析及罕遇地震下弹塑性动力时程分析等,研究对主体的结构影响,实现“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。
The comprehensive commercial financial service land project B4 of FS00-LX11-0007, Gongchen Street,Fangshan District, Beijing is a commercial complex with 3 floors underground and 7 floors above ground, with a building height of 37.200m. The building plane is rectangular, with a length of 116.2m and a depth of 35.2m. There is no structural joints in the above ground structure, and the structural form is frame structure. Due to the requirements of commercial plane layout, energy-dissipation measures are selected to control structural displacement, deformation and torsion. By simulating buckling restrained braces and energy dissipation of viscous damper damping equipment layout in the elastic analysis under frequently occurred earthquake, the time history analysis under frequently occurred earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under rarely occurred earthquake, etc., research about the structure of main body, realize “small level earthquakes still is work, medium level earthquake is repairable, strong level earthquakes is not overturn” in the seismic fortification goal.
