基于弹性支撑的建筑立管地震响应分析

摘要 建筑立管通过支撑连接于主体结构之上,属于位移敏感型构件,地震响应通过支撑传递于管道,通过对管道支撑及其他参数的研究为工程设计提供参考。采用ABAQUS软件基于纤维梁单元对主体结构建模并进行时程分析,提取出位移响应,采用多点激励模型对竖向立管系统建模,研究了支撑刚度、管道壁厚、管内液体压力变化对管道地震响应的影响。研究结果表明:管道Mises峰值应力受支撑刚度的影响并不一定出现在相对位移最大层,减小支撑刚度可以降低管道的峰值应力;增加管内压力会增大管道的Mises峰值应力,但是随着地震强度、支撑刚度的增加,峰值应力增大的幅值会降低;其他条件相同时,增大壁厚会降低管道峰值应力。 The building riser is connected to the main structure through the support, which is a displacement sensitive component, the seismic response is transmitted to the pipeline through the support, the research on the pipeline support and other parameters provides a reference for the engineering design. ABAQUS software is used to model the main structure based on fiber beam element and carry out time history analysis, extract the displacement response, the multi-point excitation model is used to model the vertical riser system, and the effects of support stiffness, pipe wall thickness and liquid pressure on the seismic response of the pipeline are studied. The results show that: The Mises peak stress of pipeline is not necessarily affected by the support stiffness in the layer with the maximum relative displacement,reducing the support stiffness can reduce the peak stress of pipeline;Increasing the pressure in the pipe will increase the Mises peak stress of the pipeline, but the amplitude of the peak stress will decrease with the increase of seismic intensity and support stiffness;When other conditions are the same, increasing the wall thickness will reduce the peak stress of the pipeline.
