消能减震技术在某社区卫生服务中心抗震加固中的设计应用 被引量:1

摘要 某商业建筑局部改造为社区卫生服务中心,抗震设防烈度由7度(0.15g)提高至8度(0.30g),采用消能减震加固技术使结构满足现行抗震设防要求,大幅减少加固工程量。运用YJK和SAUSAGE结构分析软件对减震加固结构进行多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的计算分析,合理确定了减震结构附加阻尼比,对结构层间位移角、整体耗能及结构损伤等指标进行了有效评估。结果表明黏滞阻尼器可以有效耗能,减震效果明显,提高了结构抗震性能。本工程案例对于既有建筑改造为医疗类建筑的抗震加固工程具有借鉴意义。 A commercial building was partially transformed into a community health service center. the seismic precautionary intensity was increased from 7 degrees(0.15g) to 8 degrees(0.30g). Energy dissipation technology was adopted to make the structure meet the current seismic fortification requirements and greatly reduce the amount of reinforcement quantities. The YJK and SAUSAGE structural analysis software are used to analyze the energy dissipation structure under the frequent and seldom occurred earthquakes. The additional damping ratio is determined, and the indexes such as the story drift ratios, the energy consumption and the structural damage are evaluated. The results show that the viscous energy dissipation device can effectively dissipate energy, have obvious shock absorption effect, and improve the seismic performance of the structure. It has reference significance for the seismic reinforcement project of the existing buildings being transformed into medical buildings.
