摘要
烟台某商业裙房为大体量超长结构,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、局部不规则等多项不规则项,属于A级高度超限建筑。工程采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,通过YJK、ETABS和SAUSAGE等多种计算软件对结构整体进行了弹性分析、结构抗震性能化设计、各专项分析和动力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,结构整体能满足预定的抗震性能目标,具有良好的抗震性能,结构安全合理。
The commercial podium in Yantai is a large-scale and super-long over-limited building that belongs to A-level height. It has several irregular items such as torsional irregularities, discontinuous floor, abrupt size change and local irregularities. The building adopts frame-shearwall structure. Through various calculation software such as YJK, ETABS and SAUSAGE, elastic analysis, structural seismic performance design, special analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis were carried out on the whole structure. The results show that the whole structure can meet the predetermined seismic target with a good seismic performance, and the structure is safe and reasonable.
