摘要
以某建筑高度约137m超高层办公楼作为研究对象,从设计、结构及施工等角度出发,对钢框架-核心筒混合体系与混凝土框架-核心筒两种结构的体系进行分析。综合考虑工程量成本、施工影响因素、时间空间收益等主要因素,分析比较两者间经济性情况,钢框架-核心筒混合体系具有综合性优势。为后续同类型超高层办公楼结构设计体系综合选择提供建议。
Taking a super high-rise office building with a height of about 137m as the research object, from the perspective of design, structure and construction, the system of two structures, SRC frame-concrete core tube structure system and RC frame-concrete core tube structure system, is analyzed. Comprehensive consideration of the volume cost,construction impact factors, time and space benefits and other major factors, analysis and comparison between the two economic situation. As a result SRC frame-concrete core tube structure system has comprehensive advantages. To provide suggestions for the comprehensive selection of structural design systems for subsequent super high-rise office buildings of the same type.
