摘要
某工程为顶部带有大跨度连体的超限高层建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构。介绍了结构体系和性能目标的选取,对结构进行了小、中、大震分析,对连体桁架采用反应谱法和时程分析法进行了对比分析,对大跨度连体部位进行了楼板应力分析及楼板舒适度分析。结果表明,本工程结构体系合理,措施适当,可以实现预定的性能目标,具有较好的抗震性能。
A project is a out-of-code high-rise buiding with a large-span conjointed structure on the top, frame-shear wall structure system was adopted. This paper introduces the selection of structural system and performance target, and conducts the analysis of small earthquake, medium earthquake and large earthquakes, response spectrum method analysis and time history analysis were conducted of conjoined truss, floor stress and structural comfort analysis were conducted of the large-span conjointed structure. The calculation results show that the structure system is reasonable, structural measures is appropriate and can meet the predetermined performance target, has better seismic performance.
