某大跨度单层钢结构网壳稳定分析及研究 被引量:2

摘要 珠海某酒店旱喷广场屋盖为直径80m的球面网壳。对此屋面结构进行了结构设计。经过对比受力性能、建筑效果、工期等因素等进行比选后,确定该球面网壳的矢跨比为1/8,跨度为80m,结构形式为单层网壳。分析了作用于结构的恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、温度作用等工况,以及结构在半跨荷载和全跨荷载作用下,单层网壳结构的结构受力机制,对不同结构方案的挠度控制效果和经济指标进行了优化比选。利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS以及SAP2000,对优化完成后的网壳体系进行模态分析。考虑初始几何缺陷的非线性整体稳定分析,并分析了整体稳定性对几何缺陷的敏感度,以及关键节点的有限元计算。 The roof of the dry spray square of a hotel in Zhuhai is a spherical net shell with a diameter of 80 meters. The structural design of the roof was carried out. Based on the comparison of mechanical performance, construction effects,construction period and other factors. The vector span ratio and span were finally set at1/8 and 80m. The constant load,live load, wind load, temperature action and seismic action and the structure stress mechanism of single-layer network shell structure, optimize the deflection control effect and economic index of different structure schemes. The modal analysis is performed by large finite element analysis software ANSYS and SAP2000. A nonlinear overall stability analysis of initial geometric defects was considered and the sensitivity of overall stability to geometric defects was analyzed, as well as finite element calculations for key nodes are analyzed.
