框架-核心筒外周框架不封闭探讨

《高规》[1]中规定框架-核心筒结构的周边柱间必须设置框架梁,条文说明解释为由于框架-核心筒结构的柱距较大,为了保证其整体性,外周框架柱间必须要设置框架梁,形成周边框架。建筑师在设计时总有为了追求外观使得周框架柱间有时设置不了框架梁的情况,如果出现此种情况,此结构体系是否只能定义为框架-剪力墙结构,缺少了框架梁后结构整体性缺失多少,为此针对一个具体项目对其外周框架柱不能完全封闭进行研究其体系定义问题,并给出外周不封闭的解决措施。
