91m超大悬挑空间折板网格结构安装方法研究

摘要 广州某足球场为目前在建的10万座国际FIFA标准顶级足球场,其钢罩棚为巨型带肋空间折板网格结构。以此项目为研究背景,对比了提升+高空原位安装、累积滑移安装、竖向转体安装3种方法。而后,基于有限元计算对施工过程中结构构件的变形、应力的变化规律进行分析,对安装方法的可行性进行论证。研究表明:提升+高空原位安装及竖向转体安装方法均满足变形及应力控制的要求,提拉点的数量及布置对变形、应力影响较大。卸载阶段为施工全过程的关键控制步骤。竖向转体安装方法在工期、质量及进度等方面有较大的优势,在类似大跨钢结构项目中有广泛的应用前景。 Guangzhou football stadium is a top international FIFA standard football stadium with 100,000 seats under construction in China,the existing design scheme is a space-grid structure with ribs.Taking the project as research background,the partial elevation with high-altitude in-situ installation,accumulative slippage installation and a negative angle vertical swivel installation method are proposed.Then the evolution law of deformation and stress of structural members during the construction process are analyzed by the finite element analysis model.Immediately,the feasibility of the installation methods are demonstrated.The research shows that:the partial elevation with high-altitude in-situ installation method and the vertical swivel installation method meet the requirements of deformation and stress control.The number and arrangement of lifting points have a great influence on deformation and stress.Unloading stage is the key control step in the whole process.The vertical swivel installation method has great advantages in construction period,quality and progress,and has a wide application prospect in large span spatial steel structure projects.
