基于正交试验法盾构隧道下穿电力隧道变形控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 21世纪是我国地下空间大发展时代,随着我国地下空间的开发利用,地下空间建筑物越来越密集。在新的地下建筑物修建时不可避免的要下穿其他地下建筑物,原来的地下建筑物已对地层造成了扰动,因此修建新的地下建筑物时要特别注意对地层的加固。根据正交试验设计,通过Midas GTS NX有限元模拟研究了注浆加固角度、注浆加固纵向长度、注浆加固厚度三个主要注浆加固参数对盾构隧道下穿电力隧道变形控制效果,对比研究了注浆加固前后既有结构变形和地层变形的变化。研究表明:极差分析与方差分析具有较好的一致性,盾构隧道下穿电力隧道的变形主控注浆加固因素是注浆加固角度,地层的稳定性主控注浆加固因素是注浆加固纵向长度,注浆加固对地层沉降控制的影响范围有限。 The 21st century is the era of great development of my country’s underground space.With the development and utilization of my country’s underground space,the buildings in the underground space are becoming more and more dense.When a new underground structure is constructed,it is unavoidable to penetrate other underground structures.The original underground structure has disturbed the stratum.Therefore,special attention should be paid to the reinforcement of the stratum when building a new underground structure.In this paper,according to the orthogonal test design,the three main parameters of grouting reinforcement,grouting reinforcement angle,grouting reinforcement longitudinal length and grouting reinforcement thickness,are studied by Midas GTS NX finite element simulation on the deformation control effect of the shield tunnel under the power tunnel.The changes of existing structural deformation and formation deformation before and after grouting reinforcement are compared and studied.The research shows that the range analysis and variance analysis have good consistency,the deformation main control grouting reinforcement factor of the shield tunnel passing through the power tunnel is the grouting reinforcement angle,and the formation stability main control grouting reinforcement factor is the grouting reinforcement.The longitudinal length of reinforcement and grouting reinforcement have a limited influence on the control of formation settlement.
