摘要
海淤泥是一种低承载力、强腐蚀性的软土。管桩与灌注桩是海淤泥常用桩基础,但管桩易使地面隆起且造成断桩,灌注桩耗费大量泥浆护壁且耐腐蚀性能弱。FRP注浆螺旋桩是一种结合螺旋桩与微型注浆桩成桩工艺的可替代创新型复合桩基础。FRP注浆螺旋桩作为基础工程的一项新技术,具有设备小型化、施工便捷、环境友好、耐腐蚀等优越性能。通过室内及现场原位试桩的抗压承载力、抗推承载力试验,本文介绍了该桩型的极限荷载、应用技术、费用计列指导意见基价并提出了有效的费用优化途径。根据现场原位试验结果表明注浆方式与主体钢管连接材料将影响桩的整体性能,这项研究的发现将进一步推动FRP注浆螺旋桩在海相软土电力设备基础工程中的应用,为其后期发展做铺垫。
Marine silt is a kind of soft soil with low bearing capacity and strong corrosion.Pipe pile and cast-in-place pile are common foundation of Marine silt,but pipe piles tend to uplift the ground and cause broken piles;cast-in-place piles consumes a lot of mud to protect the wall and has weak corrosion resistance.FRP grouting spiral pile is an alternative and innovative composite pile foundation which combines spiral pile and micro-grouting pile forming technology.FRP grouting spiral pile,as a new technology in foundation engineering,has the advantages of miniaturization of equipment,convenient construction,friendly environment and corrosion resistance.Based on the tests of compressive bearing capacity and pusher bearing capacity of indoor and in-situ piles,the ultimate load of the pile type,the application technology,the guideline base price of the cost calculation and puts forward an effective way of cost optimization are studied in this paper.The in-situ test results showed that the grouting method and the connecting material of the main steel pipe will affect the overall performance of the pile,the results of this study will be a further boost the application of FRP grouting spiral piles in foundation engineering of Marine soft soil power equipment,pave the way for its later development.
