摘要 外墙外保温系统是安装在建筑外表面的非承重保温构造总称,有着保温和隔热的作用,在我国可持续发展的战略中属于推广应用的技术,也是一项新的专业技术,尤其是“建筑外墙保温装饰一体化系统”这种新型的保温,业界尚未全面普及,技术本身亦在完善中。通过分析烧结一体板的技术特点、物理性能,介绍其施工的工艺原理,通过采用点粘法、满粘法、机械固定等技术实现外墙保温装饰一体板的安装,并从施工工艺流程、操作要点及施工质量标准等方面对建筑外墙保温装饰一体化系统施工技术进行阐述,以介绍一套成熟的施工技术,供同类项目借鉴。 External wall thermal insulation system is a general term for non-load-bearing thermal insulation structures installed on the outer surface of buildings.It has the functions of thermal insulation and heat insulation.It is a popularized and applied technology in my country’s sustainable development strategy,and it is also a new professional technology,especially The new type of thermal insulation,the"Integrated System of Thermal Insulation and Decoration for Building Exterior Walls",has not been fully popularized in the industry,and the technology itself is also being perfected.This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and physical properties of the sintered integrated board,introduces its construction process principle,and realizes the installation of the external wall thermal insulation and decoration integrated board by adopting the point bonding method,the full bonding method,and the mechanical fixing technology.The main points of operation and construction quality standards are expounded on the construction technology of the integrated system of thermal insulation and decoration of building exterior walls,so as to introduce a set of mature construction technology for reference by similar projects.
