摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,系统地分析了“华龙一号”外壳穹顶钢模板在吊装阶段的应力、变形及稳定性。通过静态计算,得出了钢模板在起吊阶段和水平转运阶段的受力特点。通过特征值屈曲分析,得出了钢模板的屈曲模态。结果表明,钢模板在起吊阶段和水平转运阶段的受力主要集中在吊点及相邻吊点之间,且加劲肋是主要的受力构件;吊装阶段的强度和稳定性均由起吊阶段的荷载工况控制;“华龙一号”外壳穹顶钢模板在吊装阶段的强度和稳定性均满足要求。
Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,this paper systematically analyses the stress,deformation,and stability of the steel formwork of“HPR1000”outer containment dome during lifting stage.The stress characteristics of steel formwork in vertical hoisting stage and horizontal transfer stage are obtained by static calculation.The buckling mode of steel formwork is obtained by characteristic value buckling analysis.The results show that the stress of steel formwork is mainly distributed between adjacent lifting points and near the lifting points,and the stiffening ribs are the main stress components,and the strength and stability of steel formwork during lifting stage depend on the load condition of the vertical hoisting stage,and strength and stability of steel formwork of“HPR1000”outer containment dome meet the requirements during lifting stage.
