摘要
蒙泰东胜二期2×660MW热电联产工程项目C标段间冷塔在国内首次使用双交叉钢管混凝土斜支柱结构,针对这种结构形式提出了两种施工方案,并使用MIDAS/Gen软件进行全过程施工模拟,对施工中重点关注因素进行分析及对比研究,得到了双交叉钢管混凝土斜支柱结构在施工过程中的变形、应力和临时支撑内力分布规律,明确了不同混凝土浇灌顺序对结构成形过程中的影响,并建议通过安装预调使结构尽可能的接近设计位形。
Mengtai indirect cooling tower project is the first in China to use the double cross concrete filled steel tube inclined column structure.Two construction schemes are proposed for this structure.MIDAS/Gen software is used to simulate the whole process of construction,and the key factors concerned in the construction are analyzed and compared.The distribution law of deformation,stress and temporary bracing internal force of the double-cross CFST inclined column structure during construction is obtained,and the influence of different concrete pouring order on the structure forming process is clarified,and it is suggested to make the structure close to the design configuration as far as possible by pre-adjusting the installation.
