摘要
为了进一步适应建筑业发展大潮,针对装配式项目规模化生产不断扩大,北京地区当前在建项目具有多样性、复杂性、规模大、投资大、工期紧等特点。且建筑施工管理过程复杂的统筹与动态的过程,关系到计划、技术、质量、安全、物资、劳务、核算、合同、调度等各个方面。结合工程实例,研究出基于大体量、高密度、群体性装配式住宅工程施工全过程推演模拟施工,通过模拟与过程纠偏,全过程指导工程施工,且社会与经济效益显著,具有良好的参考意义。
In order to further adapt to the development tide of the construction industry and the continuous expansion of large-scale production of prefabricated projects,the current projects under construction in Beijing are characterized by diversity,complexity,large scale,large investment and tight construction period.And the construction management process is a complex overall planning and dynamic process,which is related to planning,technology,quality,safety,materials,labor services,accounting,contract,scheduling and other aspects.Combined with engineering examples,the whole process simulation construction based on the construction of large-scale,high-density and group prefabricated residential project is studied.Through simulation and process correction,the whole process guides the project construction,and the social and economic benefits are significant,which has good reference significance.
