摘要
对上海某创新园区混合结构工程进行施工过程模拟分析,该结构采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-钢桁架-钢框架-预应力拉索结构形式。由于结构形式复杂,筒体之间采用桁架加强的斜拉结构,拉索为结构的主要受力构件,在施工过程中需准确控制张拉索力以达到设计要求,因此采用SAP2000根据预应力拉索设计值进行预应力拆解计算,利用Midas Gen有限元分析软件,进行预应力拉索张拉施工过程模拟,探究结构整体变形及各索力变化规律。结果表明:采用四级循环张拉能够有效控制各拉索内力,对于结构整体竖向变形起到良好的控制作用,为预应力混合结构拉索施工过程提供了参考。
The construction process of a hybrid structure in Shanghai Innovation Park is simulated and analyzed.The structure is composed of reinforced concrete core tube,steel truss,steel frame and prestressed cables.Due to the complexity of the structure,the truss-reinforced cable-stayed structure is adopted between the tube bodies,and cable is the main bearing member of the structure,so it is necessary to accurately control the tension force during the construction to meet the design requirements,therefore,SAP 2000 is used to calculate the pre-stressed cable disassembly according to the design value of the pre-stressed cable,and Midas Gen finite element analysis software is used to simulate the construction process of the pre-stressed cable tension,the whole deformation of the structure and the variation law of cable forces are investigated.The results show that the internal forces of cables can be effectively controlled by four-stage cyclic tension,and the vertical deformation of the whole structure can be well controlled.
