摘要
在工业厂房的设计中,除了主厂房设计以外,还包括生产工艺流线、工艺机械、工艺设备等设计内容,其中工艺设备的设计占有举足轻重的地位。结合湖北某汽车工业有限公司冲压车间深埋重型冲压设备基础的设计实践,从设备基础的荷载取值,底板和侧壁的尺寸选择、结构计算,设备基础的抗浮设计,设备基础的桩基础设计,地坪的地基处理设计及其相关的构造要求等进行全方面的分析和探讨,以求对深埋重型设备基础做一个总结,也给类似的设计提供一些参考。
In the design of industrial plant,in addition to the design of main plant,it also includes the design of production process flow line,process machinery and process equipment,among which the design of process equipment plays an important role.Combined with the design practice of deep buried heavy stamping equipment foundation in the stamping workshop of an automobile industry Co.,Ltd.in Hubei,this paper analyzes and discusses all aspects from the load value of equipment foundation,the size selection of bottom plate and side wall,structural calculation,anti floating design of equipment foundation,pile foundation design of equipment foundation,foundation treatment design of floor and related structural requirements,in order to make a summary of the deep buried heavy equipment foundation,and also provide some references for similar design.
