摘要
武汉某医院两层连廊,作为连结新建医技综合大楼(二期)和已建门诊综合大楼(一期)的过道,根据地勘报告,基础采用600mm直径钻孔灌注桩、以(5)粉砂为持力层。在施工过程中,由于现场施工组织方案的调整,钻孔桩基和冲孔桩基等大型施工设备进场比较困难且再次进场的费用比较高;而对此区域的管线迁改过程中,又发现此区域密布医院一期不能中断的室外污水等管网及水井,结合临近本项目已建一期项目的一层地下室采用的是1000mm直径支护桩且连廊柱底内力不大,故以支护桩作为其柱下基础,并在连廊和二期高层之间设置沉降缝,对相似工程有一定的参考价值。
The two-story corridor of a hospital in Wuhan is used as a passageway connecting the newly built medical technology complex building(phase II)and the existing outpatient complex building(phase I).holding layer.During the construction process,due to the adjustment of the on-site construction organization plan,it is difficult for large construction equipment such as bored pile foundations and punched pile foundations to enter the site,and the cost of re-entry is relatively high;and during the pipeline relocation process in this area,It is also found that this area is densely covered with outdoor sewage and other pipe networks and water wells that cannot be interrupted in the first phase of the hospital.Combined with the first-floor basement near the project that has been built in the first phase of the project,1000mm diameter supporting piles are used,and the internal force of the column bottom is not large.The supporting pile is used as the foundation under the column,and the settlement joint is set between the corridor and the second-phase high-rise,which has certain reference value for similar projects.
