成都某酒店基础选型设计与分析

Design and analysis of basic type selectoion of a hotel in Chengdu

对场地较复杂、基础持力层高差较大的成都某酒店基础选型和设计进行了讨论与分析。在拟建场地范围类,持力层起伏较大,从经济性和受力合理性角度考虑,对于持力层较深处,宜采用桩基,持力层较浅处,宜采用独立基础,深基础与浅基础之间采用短柱加独立基础,即独立深基础进行层层过渡,采用这种基础方式一方面可以满足基础与基础之间刚性角的要求,以及框架柱对地下室底板的冲切要求;另一方面可以通过对独立深基础中短柱长短的调整来调节基础底面的标高,避免独立基础过厚,截面种类过多。而且,这种依据场地具体条件,采用深基础与浅基础相结合的基础形式,充分考虑了现场实际情况,对于结构受力而言更合理,与此同时经济性、施工可行性更强。

This paper discusses and analyzes the foundation selection and design of a hotel in Chengdu with a complex site and a large height difference of foundation bearing layers.In the range of the proposed site,the bearing layer fluctuates greatly.From the perspective of economy and force rationality,pile foundations should be used for deeper bearing layers,and independent foundations should be used at shallower bearing layers.Between the deep foundation and the shallow foundation,short columns and independent foundations are used,that is,independent deep foundations are used for layer-by-layer transition.On the one hand,this foundation method can meet the requirements of the rigid angle between the foundation and the foundation,and the impact of the frame column on the basement floor.On the other hand,the elevation of the bottom surface of the foundation can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the short columns in the independent deep foundation,so as to avoid the independent foundation being too thick and too many types of sections.Moreover,according to the specific conditions of the site,this kind of foundation form combining deep foundation and shallow foundation fully considers the actual situation of the site,which is more reasonable in terms of structural stress,and at the same time,the economy and construction feasibility are stronger.
