摘要 混凝土的健康监测是对混凝土安全进行监测与评估的一种重要手段。首先介绍了结构健康监测技术的两种类型:第一种类型是基于混凝土的无损检测技术(回弹法、超声法、超声回弹综合法、雷达法、红外成像法等)对混凝土的健康情况进行监测,第二种类型是基于混凝土裂缝自检测技术对混凝土的健康情况进行监测,即依靠电阻应变片、光纤光栅传感器、水泥基复合材料传感器等各种类型的传智能感器对混凝土的裂缝进行自检测。其次,详细阐述了两种类型混凝土健康监测技术中所包含的各项混凝土检测技术的原理,并分别对每种检测技术的优缺点及其产生的原因与所造成的影响进行了分析。最后,对混凝土健康监测技术的研究方向、发展趋势与应用前景进行了展望。 Concrete health monitoring is an important means of monitoring and evaluating concrete safety.This paper first introduces two types of structural health monitoring technology:the first type is based on the non-destructive testing technology of concrete(rebound method,ultrasonic method,ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method,radar method,infrared imaging method,etc.)The second type is to monitor the health of concrete based on the self-detection technology of concrete cracks,that is,relying on various types of sensors such as resistance strain gauges,fiber grating sensors,and cement-based composite sensors to monitor the health of concrete.Cracks are self-detected.Secondly,the principle of each concrete detection technology included in the two types of concrete health monitoring technology is expounded in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of each detection technology,its causes and effects are analyzed respectively.Finally,the research direction,development trend and application prospect of concrete health monitoring technology are prospected.
