某办公楼受到天津港“8.12”爆炸影响,为了评估影响程度及结构安全性,对该办公楼进行了现场调查,并开展外观缺陷和损伤、结构布置及主要构件尺寸、混凝土抗压强度、混凝土碳化、钢筋间距和混凝土保护层厚度、梁挠度、柱倾斜、建筑整体倾斜等参数的检查和检测,以此为依据进行结构承载力计算分析,最终对该办公楼进行结构安全性鉴定,给出处理意见,确保该办公楼安全使用。

A office building was affected by the’8.12’explosion in Tianjin port.In order to evaluate the affection and the safety of the building,site investigation,the items which include visual defects and damages inspection,structural layout,main elements dimensional errors,concrete compressive strength,carbonation depth,reinforcement spacing and concrete cover depth,deformation of beams and columns,building deformation etc.were tested or inspected,and on this basis,carrying the structural calculation and analysis,appraising the safety of the office building,and then the handling suggestions were proposed to ensure the building safe.
